Purchase Terms of Agreement

Thank you for choosing Kruer Store. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may claim for the refund. Please mention that we accept the claims only you have any issues with your payments or provided photos are not as described.

Returns

All refunds must be accepted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. We will review your claim according to the item description, photo resolution of the sent item. Please mention that in case you received the item you purchased in full and in proper quality, we can’t offer you the refund option.

Return Process

To make a refund, please email customer service at sup@rolwo.com to create a claim and receive the ticket number. After receiving a ticket number, kindly refer to this ticket in case you won’t receive a refund within 3 business days after the date of approval.
